BVcpnet™ is a unique internet-based system designed by Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services’ information technology specialists, laboratory engineers, and client service staff. It offers clients and their authorized users worldwide on-line access to current information at anytime. BVcpnet™ functions as an e-business tool box which easily integrates into clients’ existing systems. Clients select the available tools, which meet their company’s quality assurance needs. Some of the most popular features include:

Inquiries: Sample Find provides clients with the ability to monitor in real-time the progress of samples anywhere in the world from their desktop. No need to wait for mail, fax, e-mail, telephone calls, or the next business day to see results. Use this to answer:

  • Has my sample been received?
  • What is the result of the test?
  • Which of the samples sent this month have passed or failed?

Reports: This provides access to both individual test and inspection reports as well as consolidated summary information. Using the Technical Report feature, clients have immediate access to reports posted on BVcpnet™, replacing the need for e-mailing, faxing, or mailing reports.

Use this to answer:

  • Why did my testing sample pass or fail?
  • Were my requirements for the inspected item met?
  • Did the same product pass or fail in previous months?

On-line Specification Manuals provide an important tool to communicate quality assurance requirements to all authorized employees, vendors, or manufacturers simultaneously on a global basis.
