Requirements
As of March 2007, there is a requirement for a mark and disclosure of any of the six identified hazardous substances and their locations within the product. For products that do not comply, they also have to identify the length of time before the banned substances will leach out.
Material restrictions will follow.

None as of yet
Placed on the Market?
The definitions are different to the EU. As of March 1st 2007, all products being sold in the retail outlets and all products arriving in the docks will have to be comliant - ie, mark and disclosure.
