Curtis-Straus LLC

Curtis-Straus LLC offers a wide range of testing services, and the requisite accreditations to assure that we provide reliable and repeatable results.

We are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by A2LA, the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation for EMC, NEBS, Product Safety and Telecom testing. Our customers use our test results to CE mark and self-certify their products to the EMC, Low Voltage, Machinery, and Medical Device Directives.

We regularly perform testing to NEBS Bellcore/Telcordia GR-1089-CORE and GR-63-CORE, including first and second level Lightning and Overvoltage. We are a Verizon ITL.

We are a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) recognized by OSHA for a limited scope of standards.

We are a member of the CSA Agent Program.

We are an ANSI ISO Guide 65 accredited and FCC recognized Telecommunications Certification Body (TCB).

We are accredited to provide complete Part 68 telecommunications testing services.
Canada's IC has approved Curtis-Straus LLC for testing to the CS03 standard for all regulated interface types, both analog and digital, and are listed for Radio Services Approvals in Canada.

We also offer the Technical Construction File (TCF) review and certification services of a European Competent Body.

Curtis-Straus LLC is a registered test house in Australia and New Zealand.
We are an approved measuring facility for the Voluntary Control Council for Interference (VCCI) in Japan.
The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) accepts our test reports.

The Taiwanese Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI), charged with enforcing Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) regulations, has accepted Curtis-Straus LLC for testing to Taiwanese standard CNS 13438.
Curtis-Straus LLC can perform tests at our facility in the United States and write reports which document compliance with the electromagnetic compatibility regulations of Taiwan.
