Failure Analysis, Complaint Investigation Services

You may have a high level of returns but are unsure of the cause. Is it poor performance, difficulty of use, bad instructions or an unreliable product? We have the ability to check all of these issues, identify the likely cause and advise you on possible ways to rectify them.

The returned product/s may be so badly fire-damaged that the fault can’t be easily identified. We may be able to help. Using our experience and a systematic approach we can usually eliminate many of the potential causes and isolate a fault to a limited selection that may remain.

Not all warranty claims are valid. Sometimes products have been miss-used and then returned damaged. Sometimes there may be no fault. We can evaluate the claim, assess the likely cause and issue an unbiased independent test report.
