Warranty and Life Testing
 Bureau Veritas Electrical is an independent test and compliance organisation. We have extensive knowledge of a wide range of consumer products and electrical equipment. We have staff with business experience and we carry out failure analysis, performance, reliability and product comparison testing for a wide range of customers that includes manufacturers, retailers and importers.
We can help identify the cause of your product failures, independently evaluate customer returns, or test your products to assess warranty levels and/or life expectancy.

Warranty Testing
If you want to be sure that your product is reliable or you have high returns and are uncertain of the cause/s then warranty testing could be what you need. We will devise test regimes specifically for your products using years of in-house experience. Then using the extensive test facilities that we have available we can evaluate batches of product for potential warranty or returns faults.
If you can provide representative samples of product, then we can simulate 1, 2 or 3years of usage, or whatever is required, and at the end of testing furnish you with a report detailing a full list of all the faults observed. If the sample size is large enough we can even predict the warranty levels you might expect in the field..
Life Testing
Are your products durable? Can they withstand the rigors of everyday use and what is their life expectancy? If you want to know the answer to these questions then life testing may be for you. We will devise a test regime specifically for your products and carry out accelerated life testing on them.
Have you changed a major component supplier (motor, heater, etc) and want to know if this will affect reliability? If so accelerated life testing may again be the answer.
